Pilates - private/ semi-private. Full pilates machine studio taught by a physiotherapy-trained rehab pilates professional. Sessions can be sport-specific, designed for injury rehab and chronic pain (ie. back pain), prenatal and postnatal.
Yoga
Yoga - private/semi-private. Small private studio ideal for classes of up to 5 students. Vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga taught by a physiotherapy-trained instructor. Member of Yoga Alliance
Therapeutic Massage
ASCA registered for reimbursement. 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour sessions available with a physiotherapy-trained massage therapist.
