We begin with a demonstration and workshop on perfect posture and learn simple exercises which can be done at the office to improve posture at work. We continue with an active yoga workout performed at your desk. Your employees will learn a quick and highly effective set of yoga stretches that they can perform throughout the day to maintain healthy posture and avoid neck and back repetitive strain injuries. We finish with office meditation. Employees will go through short sequence of mindfulness techniques that can are performed at the desk to improve mental performance and decrease stress.
