How it works:
Month One – We begin with a breakthrough session to unlock the negative thought patterns in your subconscious mind. You will learn mind training techniques to help you overcome limiting beliefs that keep you from finishing your goals. These are often life-changing sessions – when you release these negative patterns, you are able to begin with a clean slate. We then introduce an elimination detox program to cleanse your body and begin the process of working out your Individual Perfection Formula. We also begin a morning meditation program. We’ll start with 5 min daily meditation to set up your day on a brighter note.
Month Two – We determine the right foods and workout program for your body chemistry. I will create a system of easy, quick lifestyle changes that work with your busy life. The changes will be gradual and I will help you to incorporate them in your daily life and find best alternatives for your old habits. Change is not easy but with Megginson Method you will feel the benefits straight away.
Month Three – We focus on NLP and visualization mind training techniques to break down barriers to your success, both mentally and physically, and create strategies for optimal performance in both work and life.
