Magginson Method helps to let go of chronic dieting, emotional eating, body shame, and other unhealthy eating habits. I will guide you in learning how to make food choices in a way that honors your hunger and metabolism. My Non-Diet Approach involves developing an internal system based upon recognising hunger and fullness cues, eating enjoyment, and noticing how different foods affect your body.

Exercise Smarter

With Magginson Method you will learn which types of exercise, intensity levels and frequency work best to get the optimal results for you. I will teach you a way to create an organic and a solid foundation to condition your body.
